I am an experienced business coach with decades of small business experience. Whether coaching, consulting, or giving keynote presentations, my approach is always focused on actionable strategies and tactics.

And I strongly believe in having fun along the way!

As a small business ownership coach, my mission is to help small business owners and leaders create companies that rise above being merely "good" companies to businesses that deliver exceptional customer service and are the best they can be. 

In other words, being truly great businesses that also allow their owners to have lives away from their business. 

I am the author of several books and have, since 2007, had the privilege of coaching hundreds of business owners and managers. Initially working with the internationally known coaching company EMyth Worldwide, I now run my own coaching practice.

I have led seminars, training workshops, and group coaching programs in addition to my one-on-one coaching. I am a Certified EMyth Business Coach and Certified EMyth Presenter.
